Gabbie Frangipani Mermaid by Faery Ink

I am sharing an adorable image by Faery Ink,

her name is Gabbie Frangipani Mermaid.

 I love how the background turned out- I actually blended well!! LOL- I also used my

blending marker a lot and used the alcohol for the droplets. I tried the shading

with varying colors of dots for the water- then used a white pen for the foamy water.
