It's My Birthday- By Karleigh Sue

The 16th of each month is always New Release Day for Karleigh Sue...and always very exciting for the Inspiration Blog- Design Team.  It is such a pleasant responsibility to be part of a design team. This is my first DT- and I am loving the experience.  This time I was given this very festive birthday girl to color- It's My Birthday.

I have noticed with a lot of my creations- I favor the bright colors.  My favorite color is pink and purple...but I use a lot of blues and greens too. And I really enjoy using my Cuttlebug and Cricut.

Hello Crafty Peeps!!  The beautiful image I used on this gate card was FREE!!  Yup, hop on over to The East Wind Blog- an sign up for their monthly email and the 1st of every month an awesome present is in your in-box.

I had a lot of fun using some fun embellishments and a color combo I have never used before- Peach & Gray. I also went out of comfort zone and used skin & hair color combo's I have never used.

Hello and Happy Thursday!!!  I am pleased to be the Inspiration on Karleigh Sue's Inspiration Blog today.  I have chosen another adorable image, Nerdy Cute.  I had a lot of fun with this image- as I had the perfect paper and embellishments to use with it.

I think is so cute how "Geek is Chic" and "I love nerds" is the popular thing nowadays...and wearing glasses too!!  Who would have thought....when I was high school (24 years ago)...nerds were not cool!!  But I did not care- because I married a "nerd" and he is the best guy in the world!!!
