Birthday Betty by Art by Miran

Good Morning!

I am hosting on the Artbymiran Showcase Blog today.

I would like to share Birthday Betty- she is

the progressive image for the month.  All the information

about the challenge- can be found HERE on our

Facebook page- it is the pinned post.

I have a new paper pad and embellishment set from

Kaisercraft- I was eager to use.  It is a nautical theme-

but worked well with this image too.

This is one of those times, when I had my paper choice

already decided.  So I colored her with my Copic's to

compliment the paper colors.

I have also had this large red ribbon rosette in my

stash- I thought it was a great addition for the

sentiment.

I would love to invite you to join in our challenge HERE.

Also to browse the STORE- with almost 300 wonderful

images!

Thanks for stopping by,

Amy

Joshua Aviator by Cute As A Button

Happy Wednesday Friends!

Today is the start of a new challenge at Penny's Paper-Crafty

The them this week is-  Celebrations

I am sharing Joshua Aviator

I love making cards for BOYS! I have so many in my family and most of friends have boys too.

This image is super cute and will be a great birthday for special kiddo.

I used an adorable embellishment that is set on a wobble...I like how the

picture shows the movement.

The balloons were fun to color and practice my

shading and blending techniques.

Since the card had some height with the wobble thingy, I also popped up the image.

I hope you have a chance to join our challenge!

Queen Anne's Lace- Sanctuary Bloomin Treasure by Lacy Sunshine

Hello Friends,

It is a beautiful Sunday- here in Arizona! Today should be

about 75 degrees and sunny! Just gorgeous!

We have a new Anything Goes challenge starting today at

Lacy Sunshine's Color and Craft Your World.

I am sharing the stunning Queen Anne's Lace- Sanctuary Bloomin Treasure

I love the emotion in this sweet image.  I really wanted to evoke this beautiful

emotion in my coloring and adding the Shabby Pink Frantage, was the finishing touch.

I was arranging my flowers and just kept adding- one more here and one more there!

Before I knew it my card was a little "front heavy"...LOL...but again, the emotion and the

beauty was there.

I invite you to come and play along with us on our challenge BLOG and our Facebook
