Happy Birthday Car BY The Stamping Boutique

It's hump day....and that means it is New Challenge day over at Penny's Paper-Crafty.  The adorable image I was provided with is Happy Birthday Car by The Stamping Boutique.  The challenge theme is- more than one fold.  So I did an easel card.
