She's Charming By The Paper Shelter

Hello Friends!
We have a beautiful new challenge beginning today at
The theme this week is Glamour & Glitter
I am featuring She's Charming-


 I wanted to make sure to create an extra glittery card!  I think I was successful- Lots of bling and glitter!  I have been keeping this huge rosette w/ tulle for the perfect project and I think this was it.
