Patchy Penny's Patchwork Apples by Lacy Sunshine

Hello Crafty Friends,

I wanted to share this adorable card I have made for the Lacy Sunshine Facebook July challenge.  This little cutie is named Patchy Penny's Patchwork Apples- she was offered for FREE to Lacy Sunshine Fabebook followers for 48 hours, but you can also buy her in the shop.


The challenge is stitched or quilted...  My faux stitching is on the right side of the blue paper and also on the pink banners.  I have also used a new technique with the white paper that is always around the colored image- unless you are able to fussy cut it.  My friend suggested chalks to rub on the paper and give some subtle color.  I actually went to the dollar store and found some eyeshadow and have used these...works great.
